#BostonStrong

It has been probably the worst week in the history of Boston. For those of you who don't know, two bombs exploded at the finish line of the Boston Marathon, Monday, killing three and injuring more than 170. The finish line is a block from my office. One of the three dead went to the same high school I did (though years before), another was a grad student at my university, and the last was an 8 year-old boy. Now there is literally a police chase going on in Cambridge/Watertown and I'm hearing stuff about more bombs/hand grenades, gunfire, and all kinds of craziness that belongs in movies and not in my city.

Needless to say my mood has been all over the place, but one of the things that has calmed me down has been getting online and seeing the support from everyone in every fandom, from all around the world. I love this city literally more than anything else in the world, so this is a little thank you to you guys for keeping Boston in your thoughts.
